Mandrake (Podophyllum peltatum) medicinal herb, also called Mandragora, is a plant that is native to North Africa as well as Europe. This a plant having purple flowers, yellow fruits as well as a forked root and it is strongly scented. The root is the main part used as herbal medicine.
